LAGRANGE — The LaGrange County Community Foundation is offering multiple Bachelor’s and Graduate Scholarships for the Fall 2026 semester. These scholarship opportunities are designed to support current undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time in accredited colleges and universities.
Among the scholarships offered are the Natalie Kauffman Memorial Nursing Scholarship and the Ignite Your Future Scholarships, each created to invest in the future of LaGrange County students and workforce.
The LaGrange County Community Foundation encourages eligible students to apply online at LCCF.net/scholarships. The deadline for application submissions is May 25, 2026.
“Scholarship support shouldn’t end after high school graduation,” said Beth Retterbush, Scholarship and LIFE Program Manager. “Students already working toward their bachelor’s degrees and those continuing on to graduate programs still face significant financial demands as they advance in their education.”
Natalie Kauffman Memorial Nursing Scholarship
The Natalie Kauffman Memorial Nursing Scholarship honors the life and legacy of Natalie Kauffman, a 2010 Lakeland High School graduate and lifelong resident of Wolcottville.
This scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award for aspiring nurses who share a commitment to care and service.
Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted into a nursing program. They must also either have graduated from a LaGrange County high school or currently live or work in LaGrange County.
Ignite Your Future Scholarships
With the support of the Don Wood Foundation, the LaGrange County Community Foundation is offering several one-time $5,000 Ignite Your Future Scholarships.
These opportunities include both bachelor’s and graduate-level scholarships. The bachelor’s scholarships are intended for students who are currently enrolled in college and working toward their bachelor’s degree, while the graduate scholarships are designed for students pursuing a master’s degree.
Ignite Your Future scholarships are intended for students who live or work in LaGrange County. Eligible applicants must be pursuing a degree in one of the following fields of study: advanced manufacturing (including machine tool technology, industrial technology, computer science, and engineering), technology education, sales or marketing, organizational leadership, or entrepreneurship.
