In the donation form, please select the box, “I would like to designate this donation to a specific fund” and choose your fund from the drop-down list.

You can also mail a check payable to the LaGrange County Community Foundation. Please include a note telling us how to direct your gift or write your designated fund on the memo line. Payments should be sent to:
