What is a community foundation?                    

LaGrange County Community Foundation (LCCF) is a tax exempt nonprofit public charity created by and for the people of LaGrange County.Individuals, families, businesses and organizations to create permanent charitable funds which help meet the challenges of living in changing times. The foundation invests and administers these funds and distributes income as grants to community service organizations, schools and eligible agencies along with competitive scholarships to individuals..

PHHS awarded grant for anti-bullying efforts

LCCF awarded a number of competitive and proactive grants as 2014 came to a close. Visit the grants page for 2015 grant information.

Representatives from the LaGrange County Community Foundation (LCCF) visited Prairie Heights High School to award staff a grant check to support their out-of-the-box effort to address bullying in their school. The grant will assist in bringing presenter Laurie Stewart to Prairie Heights to work with students through her program called, “Making It Cool to Be Kind”.
