Current Volunteer Opportunities

Scholarship Evaluators

Each year we rely on volunteers to evaluate more than 500 online scholarship applications. Volunteers can be professionals from any discipline or sector. Volunteers should live or work in LaGrange County or have ties to the community to participate and be at least 23 years of age. All scholarship evaluators must sign a Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Policy Form to participate.

Volunteer Timeline: Scholarship applications will be reviewed March 1-15.

Volunteers must register by February 6, 2024

This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide for creating a profile in our scholarship management platform. 

Committees

The Community Foundation relies on volunteers for several aspects of our organization. Volunteer opportunities currently exist for the following advisory committees:

• Grants Advisory Committee
• Stroh Community Fund
• Investment Committee
